Welcome to Fortzone Battle Royale ("Fortzone", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (fortzone.games) and our game services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the services according to these Terms.

5. User Content

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through our services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through our services, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our services. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through our services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content from our services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of our services or the public, or could create liability for us.

6. Virtual Currency and Game Items

Our services may include virtual currency, such as coins, gems, or points, as well as virtual items or goods (collectively, "Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual Items are digital items only and have no monetary value.

We own, have licensed, or otherwise have rights to use all Virtual Items. You have no right or title in or to any Virtual Items appearing or originating in our services, or any other attributes associated with your account or stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for exercising such rights.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall Fortzone, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fortzone operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
